AOC (label of origin) Cassis Rosé

  • slide fichetechnique

Made from equal parts of Grenache and Cinsault and Mourvèdre, this wine is appreciated for its perfume of fern, lemon and a touch of fruits when in mouth.
Thanks to its freshness, it makes your aperitif and drinks smart and glamourous. It comes very well with your meals too.
The Mourvèdre gives a sufficient frame to allow a great variation in association with meals: White meat, grilled vegetables, seafood and fish.

Journaliste : Alain Chameyrat

Decanter Magazine, septembre 2016Decanter Magazine, septembre 2016
"A slightly different Provence style that works. The balance of sweet ripe strawberry and blackcurrant fruit and spicy, leafy herbal notes gives it great charm. There is bewitching elegance from the fresh acidity and zesty redcurrant notes flowing throughout. Drink 2016 -2017".
